In 2017, Grupo Gurgel MIX, a large conglomerate of companies in the e-commerce segment of machines, tools and shoes, intended to relocate its facilities from the city of Franca to São Paulo aiming at making the operation more efficient and reducing distribution costs. We represented the client exclusively in the real estate search, conducting a site selection for choosing the ideal property for that relocation.
The Work Conducted
The work involved several stages, based on our exclusive methodology of analysis, comparison and evaluation, including the study and understanding of operating needs, market survey of properties available, technical analysis of supply and site selection showing the properties able to meet the requirements, choice of the property, negotiation of commercial and contractual conditions and closing. We used our expertise in all stages of the process to offer our client the best possibility of choice and the assurance of a transparent process, taking into account all compliance rules.
The result was the closing of a 17,000 sqm lease in a property located in the city of Cajamar that featured the technical requirements and the commercial conditions needed to meet the demand of the operation.
