EREA is active in the logistical, industrial, development, commercial, and mixed-use projects segments.
The company works with investors, owners and renters, dedicating itself to consulting projects that are designed case-by-case, depending on the specific requirements and the situation of each client.

20 years of experience in real estate, a civil engineer graduated from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, with an MBA in Real Estate from Poli-USP and post-graduate work in the appraisal of real estate development and investigations. Worked as Director of Development, New Business and Leasing at Global Logistic Properties (GLP), Director of Development at HSI Investments (Prosperitas), Director of Acquisitions at LaSalle Investment Management (LIM) and Consulting and Appraisal Director at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), having gained experience in all phases of the real estate cycle such as acquisition, due diligence, approvals, product conceptualization, leasing, sale, contract renegotiation, structuring of BTS and leasebacks, consulting, appraisals, among others.
22 years of experience in real estate, a civil engineer graduated from Mackenzie, with an MBA in Real Estate from Poli- USP and various courses in real estate business appraisal. Ex-partner of Consult Soluções Patrimoniais and founding partner of Ivista Estratégia Imobiliária, where he worked in the real estate development of ventures, searches for land tracts for development, net worth evaluations, investigation, market studies, application studies, economic/financial viability, management of real estate fund portfolios and municipal development planning, offering support to investment funds, financial institutions, developers, incorporators, retailers, real estate owners, family offices and town halls.
11 years of experience in real estate, a business major graduated from ESPM and doing post-graduate work in Economics at FGV. Worked as Asset Manager in real estate investment funds aimed at income with 1.5 million square meters of leasable area at GLP, participating in the acquisition of more than half a million square meters of ABL in logistic properties. He worked in financial planning and M&A in companies including Scopel, Gafisa, and CCDI, being responsible for overseeing the portfolios of these companies which totaled R$ 800 million, R$ 1 billion, and R$ 5.2 billion of GVV respectively. He is experienced in various phases of the real estate cycle such as acquisition, leasing sale, BTS structuring and Sale & Leaseback, consulting and appraisals.
15 years of experience in real estate, administrator graduated from FMU. Worked at Herzog Imobiliária representing significant clients as Starbucks, Banco Ibi, Credit Suisse Hedging Griffo, Abbott, Bunge. Became Expansion Manager at Carrefour and contributed in the opening of the first 50 stores in the new perpective of the company. He is experienced in leasing, sale, prospect new customers, contract renegotiation, application studies, economic/financial viability, due diligence, structuring of BTS and leasebacks.
Architect graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, post-graduated in Project Management by the same school. Experience in project development in BIM. Participated in all phases of several projects such as office, residential and shopping buildings, serving businesses like Iguatemi, MPD Engenharia, Aflalo/Gasperini e Embraed.
LUIZ AUGUSTO MERICO
13 years of experience in Real Estate, surveyor and graduate in Architecture and Urbanism from Anhembi Morumbi and MBA in Real Estate from POLI-USP. Over the past few years has worked in recognized companies in the sector, as development coordinator at Prosperitas Investimentos (now HSI), new business manager at Global Logistic Properties (GLP) and director of expansion at SuperFrio Armazéns (Grupo Pátria), obtaining large experience with real estate development and business structuring, having participated actively in large projects for the development of industrial and logistic enterprises with a focus on income exploration. Experience in all stages of real estate development of projects aimed at exploration of income or for sale, from the origination of new business, prospecting, diligences, product formatting, licensing and approvals, project management and product marketing.
4 years of experience in Real Estate, Administrator graduated from Cruzeiro do Sul University. He worked at Herzog Imobiliária helping owners and companies of various segments in the leasing or acquisition / sale of logistics and industrial warehouses throughout the national territory, guiding them with commercial opinion and marketing and outreach plan. Has extensive knowledge in rental, sale, customer prospecting, negotiation, feasibility study, financial analysis, marketing strategy and market research.
